Good sparring is about getting qualified input, new inspiration, and specific tools. A sparring process can have a long or short duration—it is about enabling you to perform at your best as a leader no matter what challenges you are facing.

A good sparring partner is necessary for you to develop optimally. You need someone who can surprise you with unexpected and different views on your situation, someone who can make you leave habitual thinking and daily operations behind to turn your focus toward the more important long-term strategic goals—for you as a leader and for the company as a whole.

How the individual sparring is structured

The role as sparring partner requires great personal involvement and focus. Therefore, Soulaima only offers to act as the personal sparring partner for three leaders per year. This way, you will be guaranteed to receive her full attention and the best qualified sparring. A sparring process is individually designed to match your needs and your company’s current and desired future situation. We start with a personal conversation where the form and scope of the process are laid out. Soulaima helps you analyze and better understand your challenges, and together, you find the right way to get you where you want to be both personally and professionally.

Structure and investment

A process typically takes between three and nine months.
The process includes the following:

  • Specific assignments
  • Articles
  • Participation in selected workshops/lectures/seminars (approx. 2)
  • Meetings in person / phone meetings with Soulaima Gourani (approx. 10 meetings)

Location is NOT an issue. It can be 1:1 Face/Face or Skype meetings.
