Jeremy Klein

In 1995 Jeremy started working as an Executive Coach and Leadership advisor at M.I.T.s Sloan School of Business as part Dr. Fred Kofman’sLeadership Transformation Programs. Jeremy worked with Fred for 9 years in the areas of

  • Leadership Communications
  • Personal Leadership and Personal Mastery
  • Principles of Trust
  • Conscious Leadership Principles

Back in 1995, Dr. Kofman’s leadership programs were among the first to actively promote mindfulness and philosophy as key components of leadership excellence.

For the past 18 years, Jeremy has worked internationally with general managers, senior managers and functional teams within Shell Oil, Nestle, General Electric, Intel, Starbucks, Ford, General Motors, Xerox, Genentech, among many others in the areas of Leadership Development, Career Development, Leadership Communications, and Personal Mastery.

In Denmark, Jeremy has worked with over 300 senior executives, specialists and managers at Maesrk Group, TDC, Telia, Nordea Bank, Alcon, Alectia, and many others.

In addition to two degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, he’s received advanced trainings in Systems Thinking, Change Management, Personality Assessment, Humanistic Psychology, and Meditation.

Jeremy co-founded the organizational change and communications company called Bonfire Communications.  He was their Leadership Communications director for 4 years.

In 2013 he was featured as Leadership communications expert in Vibeke Hartkorn’s book “Kommunikation på alle ledertrin” (2013, Dansk Psykologisk Forlag).

Jeremy is also an Associate Lecturer at AVT Business School.  And was a lead designer for the AVT Leadership Excellence Program for their MBA Program.

In 2014 he joined the prestigious LinKS, the exclusive representative of the Wharton School of Business in Scandinavia, as an Executive Coach in their NEXT in Line Program.

While working at MIT Jeremy developed two breakthrough tools: the Career DNA Blueprint for personalized career advising, and the Leadership DNA Blueprint for individualized leadership advising.
